Booking Appointments
A credit card is required at the time of booking to hold all appointments. Please call 215.792.6377 to schedule your procedure.

Laser Hair Removal & Spider Vein Removal Shaving Policy
To receive your treatment for any of these services you must have the area shaved before your visit. Failure to do so will result in a $75 shaving fee or forfeiture of your treatment.

Punctuality 
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled treatment for check-in and any possible clothing changes. If you happen to be late we offer two choices.

-You may shorten your treatment because of time constraints and other clients. 

-You can reschedule your appointment with a 100% cancellation fee to accommodate our professionals.

-In the case of prepaid vouchers your single treatment will be forfeited. If you would like to reinstate that treatment a fee equal to the single treatment will apply.

Cancellation Policy
Renew Medspa understands that you may have to cancel an appointment sometimes. However, we require that 24 hours notice must be given. Failure to do so will result in 100% charge of your scheduled treatment to your credit card.

Payments 
We have several payment options available including credit card, American Express Travelers checks, cash and Gift Certificates. Ask your coordinator about low and zero interest financing.

Gift of Giving 
Gift Certificates are available at the reception desk or through the medspa coordinator at the time of your consultation. Gift Certificates are required at the time of service and must be redeemed within one year from the date of purchase.

Gratuity 
Gratuity is accepted for spa treatments only and not physician services. The gratuity is not included in your spa treatment fee or gift certificates. The standard for tipping is 15-20% but the amount is left totally at your discretion.

Cell Phone Courtesy 
Renew Medspa is a tranquil environment. To preserve the serenity please turn off all cell phones

Refunds 
No refunds on gift certificates, products or services.

Staff Selection 
At Renew Medspa we employ male and female therapists. When selecting a massage please specify the gender if you wish.

Exchange of Series, Packages and Programs 
When purchasing a series, package or program. A discounted rate is given at the time of purchase; payment must be made at the beginning of treatment. The courses are non-refundable. However, should you choose during your course to opt for a different service any remaining balance may be applied to a different treatment.
