Kevin Ende MD

Kevin H. Ende, MD is a specialist in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and Hair Transplant.  Formerly on the clinical faculty for the Department of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery at the University of California San Francisco (UCSF) where Dr. Ende taught advanced surgical techniques in rhinoplasty to residents in training, Dr. Ende now brings his skills to Philadelphia, PA. 

Dr. Ende’s expertise in hair transplant surgery is unique and unparalleled by any Facial Plastic Surgeon in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania or any neighboring state.  In fact, he is the only Facial Plastic Surgeon in the states of Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, and Delaware eligible to become a diplomat of the American Board of Hair Restoration Surgery.

Dr. Ende was trained in San Francisco by the former president of the International Society for Hair Restoration Surgery and innovator of modern hair transplant techniques, and by two of the most influential pioneers and leaders in facial plastic surgery. 

Dr. Ende is board certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery.  Dr. Ende authored several book chapters including the authoritative chapter on hair transplant surgery read by all head and neck surgeons in training.  Dr. Ende is also highly skilled in hairline lowering, a technique he learned, perfected, and published with the surgeon who originated it.  Dr. Ende also authored book chapters and articles on lip surgery,scalp surgery, wound healing, and several frequently quoted articles on his research in head and neck surgery. 

Dr. Ende is a former researcher at the National Institutes of Health (NIH) where he published two articles on his work.  Dr. Ende was recently named to America’s Top Physicians: Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, 2007 and 2009.
