TriActive Cellulite Reduction & Body Contouring
TriActive Body Contouring & Cellulite Treatment
TriActive is a non-invasive laser treatment designed to improve cellulite and body contour. The TriActive device smooths the appearance of skin, providing a more toned look and is often recommended in conjunction with liposuction to tighten the skin over new sculpted contours.
The laser energy is used to stimulate the skin's fibroblasts and increase collagen production. The result is improved body contour, skin rejuvenation and cellulite reduction.
How does TriActive work?
There are three main elements of TriActive that work together to deliver results. Six low-energy laser diodes heat the deeper layers of tissue, promoting collagen production and increasing blood flow to the area.
A cooling agent will maintain the patient's comfort while soothing and hydrating the skin. The suction massage component improves lymphatic drainage, collagen production, and blood circulation.
When combined in TriActive, these ingredients can dramatically improve the look and feel of both the deep and superficial skin layers by rejuvenating skin, reducing cellulite and contouring the body in a safe, effective, and non-invasive way.
What can I expect from a TriActive treatment?
The TriActive treatment takes up to 45 minutes depending on the body area. A TriActive diode laser is aimed at the cellulite-afflicted area, and energy pulses are transmitted through the skin into the fat.
The massage tool works in conjunction with the lasers to stimulate blood flow and collagen production. A comfortable mechanical massage distends the skin to increase skin elasticity and drainage. TriActive treatments are generally quite comfortable and painless. The additional handpiece may also be used to refresh facial skin.
Will the recovery period be long?
Since the procedure is non-invasive and pain-free, patients require no down-time after treatment, so they can return to work or other activities immediately. In rare cases, side effects like mild discomfort or swelling can be managed with cooling packs and OTC pain medication.
Are there any risks associated with TriActive?
Because TriActive is non-invasive, there are few real risks associated with it. Occasionally patients may experience some discomfort or swelling, but these symptoms are easily managed and usually fade quickly. As always, it is important to discuss any concerns you have about your eligibility and the risks associated with a procedure with your specialist.
How many TriActive treatments will I need?
With the TriActive can see results even after the first treatment. However most patients produce the best results after 4-6 treatments. We have packages of 6, 10 and 14 sessions as determined during your consultation. Usually sessions are twice weekly.
After completed the package maintenance sessions are recommend at intervals determined at your consultation.
